Our shower base technicians can test the pipes in the shower wall and the shower base to diagnose the source of any water penetration into the walls and floor.

We cap off the shower head with a pressure gauge to see if there is a pressure drop in the pipes between the shower head and the taps. Coloured Dye is used to test for the leaks in the base.

In most cases the seals have gone around the shower base. In this event we recommend having the shower base resealed. This service will cost $450 and comes with a 12 year guarantee.
